Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options wherever you are. Every day, we deliver to our valued customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times. We offer FREE shipping wherever you are but please understand that this doesn't guarantee tracking information.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, printing, quality check and packaging takes 5 - 10 business days to complete.

 

Shipping time: After processing your mugs, shirts, hoodies and long sleeves, deliveries to USA and Canada only takes 3 - 7 business days, Europe could take 3 - 10 business days and the rest of the world could take up to 30 business days.

For Luggage covers, shoes and bags: EMS Countries Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (EMS With Destination Tracking) 

EMS Countries (listed below) orders that have not arrived within 45 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

United States, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland,  Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine.

International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks (Does Not Include Final Destination Tracking)

International orders that have not arrived within 8-10 weeks of order processing are eligible for refunds. 

 

If you don't receive your order after 10 weeks, we can reprocess or REFUND - guaranteed

 

Multiple Shipments could happen if the items you ordered are from our different suppliers.

Customs / Duty Charges: If you have requested delivery to a country with import controls, your delivery may be held by the office responsible. You may be required to liaise with this department. Customs and duty charges may be applicable given the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order and we are unable to take responsibility for delivery if it can be reasonably assumed that your order is in the possession of the customs/duty office - i.e. if delivery is within the estimated time frame and the destination is governed by a country with import controls on UK-originated goods.
